Procedures to include information in the digital backpack.
1. All flyers need to be approved by the superintendent. Please email your flyer to Mary Bonanno at BONANNOM@pcsdny.org for approval. Flyers in a PDF format will work best. Allow one week for approval.
2. Once approved, the organization requesting the flyer to be distributed has to make copies and bundle them into 18 packets of 25 for the elementary school and 4 packets of 25 for the fifth grade. Spanish translation is encouraged. The District does not usually send hard copies of flyers to 6-12 graders.The approved flyer will also be included in the digital backpack for all to view. The link to this page will be sent to parents with each digital newsletter.
