APPLICATION FOR ABSENTEE BALLOT
If you are uncomfortable coming into the poll site to vote due to concerns about COVID, you may request an application for an absentee ballot (link). When completing the form, check box #5 "unable to vote in-person due to the risk of transmission of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)" to receive an absentee ballot.
Absentee ballot applications must be submitted no earlier than April 18, 2022.
Voters may visit the District Office to complete the application Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Please leave a phone number so you can be contacted if the ballot is not going to be mailed. The application must be received by May 10 in order for a ballot to be mailed to a voter. Completed absentee ballots must be received by District Clerk by 5:00 p.m. on May 17.

May 5 - Voter Registration – PES Library – 3:45 pm – 7:45 pm during voter registration, the following documents must be presented to the Board of Registration to prove Residency, Age and Citizenship. Acceptable documents are as follows: Residency: Address portion of the individual’s State or Federal Income Tax Return form or W-2 form showing the name and address of individual. Residency and Age: Driver’s License or Non-Driver’s Identification Card or School Census information for currently enrolled students or Annual Statement from Social Security used for income purposes showing name and address of individual. Citizenship and Age: Birth Certificate or Passport.
Spanish language interpreters will be available.
