Superintendent's Message

Dear Pawling School Community,

I am pleased to welcome Robert Spedafino to our district as the new principal of Pawling Elementary School, effective July 1, 2026.

Mr. Spedafino brings over a decade of experience in elementary education and school leadership. He currently serves as Assistant Principal in the White Plains City School District and has previously held leadership and teaching roles focused on student achievement, literacy, and school operations.

Following a thorough selection process, we are confident that Mr. Spedafino’s experience and dedication will have a positive impact on our students, staff, and families.
